Mike Harber has owned Stroud’s Auto Rebuild, in Tacoma, since 1987. In that time, Stroud’s has been responsible for over 40,000 collision repairs. Mike has been doing vehicle repair evaluations and Diminished Value Assessments since 1997. He is responsible for the inspection and assessment of hundreds of vehicles for Diminished Value. Also in demand as an appraiser, Mike has helped numerous consumers in the appraisal process under that clause in their insurance policy.
